Bronze Economy Valves Spring Loaded Teflon Lined Stainless Steel Sanitary Pilot Operated
This valve is great for general utility service over pressure relief and protection of pumps, tanks, lines and hydraulic systems, pressure regulation and continuous bypass relief where corrosion is not a major concern. Sizes 1" x 2" to 20" x 24". Effective orifice areas from 0.110 to 159 square inches. Pressures from 15 psig to 6000 psig. Temperature range of -450 °F to +1500 °F. Steel body and bonnet with stainless steel trim.
Optional Balanced Bellows design isolates working parts and top-works from fouling or corrosive service and nullifies the effects of back pressure on valve performance
Sizes ½" x 1" to 1½" x 2½". Orifice areas from 0.068 to 0.573 square inches. Pressures from 15 psig to 6500 psig. Temperature range of -400 °F to +750 °F conventional and balanced design.
Stainless steel body and trim, carbon steel bonnet. Optional materials include complete 316 stainless steel, Monel, and Hastelloy C. Materials suitable for NACE service available.

Sanitary versions cover sizes ½" x 1" to 1½" x 2½". Orifice areas from 0.068 to 0.573 square inches. Pressures from 15 psig to 1500 psig. Temperature range of -400 °F to +750 °F conventional and balanced design. 316 stainless steel body and trim, stainless steel bonnet. Tri-Clamp end connections. This innovative, integrally cast, flanged semi-nozzle valve is provided as self contained units, piloted by either snap-acting, non-flowing (PCF5 - compressible service, or PCL - liquid service) pilot controls, or the modulating, non-flowing PCM (or HPCM - high pressure) pilot control. All valves in the series are certified under Section VIII of the ASME Code for air, gas, vapor and liquid service.
